Religious Education

Parish Religious Education program offers Catholic formation and sacramental preparation classes for students, grades 1-8, who do not attend a Catholic school. Classes are held during the school year on Sundays, from 9:00am-10:15am. Volunteer teachers and aides are always welcome.

Time: 9:00 – 10:15am

The Catholic Diocese of Memphis requires that any child wanting to celebrate the sacraments of Eucharist, Reconciliation, and/or Confirmation must be enrolled in a parish-based catechetical program for one year prior to beginning preparation for the sacraments (total two-year period). If any high-school-aged parishioner has not yet received Confirmation (or Baptism, Reconciliation, Eucharist), please contact Vernua Hanrahan.
